My interest in myofunctional therapy began over 15 years ago. After treating countless patients in the dental field, I observed firsthand how the structure of the mouth affects not only appearance but also functions such as speaking, breathing and overall well-being. Over time, my interest in the field expanded from a professional focus to a personal one, for both my daughter and me. This led me to seek out local myofunctional specialists and ultimately sparked my formal education in the field.
Myomentor Graduate, RDH, SRK, BSc Dental Hygiene
With over 30 years of international experience in dental hygiene, I have worked with a wide range of patients to address complex dental and facial muscle dysfunctions. My extensive clinical background, combined with advanced training in Myofunctional Therapy in Europe and the United States (MyoMentor Program), enables me to create personalized, non-invasive therapy programs for children and adults. These programs are designed to support healthier breathing, improved sleep, better posture, and optimal orofacial function through gentle, targeted exercises and education.
